Very handy
A dull knife is a useless and dangerous tool. It will require greater pressure to be placed on the item being cut and that can ruin fruits and vegetables, plus possibly cause the knife to accidentally slip and cut you. This compact little sharpener is small and light enough to be carried in a pocket, plus it will do the work of a standard home size sharpener without the unnecessary bulk. It does what its supposed to do....
Hey, I love my Cold Steel Recon knives ... and this is the only sharpener to take care of its serrations without doing one at a time.
Of course, if you don't own any cold Steel serrated knives, then I highly recommend you don't buy this :-)
Does what it should
I bought this for the serration pattern on my Cold Steel medium combo voyager tanto. And it sharpend the tiny serrations, and I use a diamond rat tail for the larger serrations.
