Tiger JKJ-G18U Induction Heating 10-Cup (Uncooked) Rice Cooker and Warmer

Best Rice Cooker
Needed a new rice cooker. My parents went to Japan to visit some family members and they claimed that the rice they ate tasted better than what we cook at home and they said the reason why is because of the induction heating. Also the pot it cooks in is very thick and heavy which makes the rice turn out perfect every time.

Great Rice Cooker
This is a high quality rice cooker. I am surprised that there are not a lot of comments on this tiger IH model, I personally thought this is a good product, the inner pan is thick, the removable lid and multi purpose of functions. I owned a tiger rice cooker for ten years, I had no trouble with the old one at all. I am expecting another ten more years to go.
The only thing I don't like is the electrical cord is not retractable .

Good
Easy to use and easy to clean. Don't use "quick cook" to cook brown rice because hard to make it soft. Use "quick cook" to cook white rice is OK. Use "brown rice" function (almost 1 hour) to cook brown rice is petty good.
