Battery Fails
After only about 10 usages the vacuum would stop within 2 minutes, reporting that the battery was low and please recharge me. Yes it was fully charged to begin with. I have just given up on this product.
My original batteries worked better than these!!
I'm not sure if these were an old defective pair of batteries or what, but OMG, now my neato can't even clean a single room without going for a recharge. Poor robot is sitting here lonely while I pull out the regular vac because it's a hell of a lot more convenient. Nothing like trying to sleep through 4 sessions of vacuuming and recharging. :( <--- Very sad neato owner. My neato is a ghost of its former self thanks to these crap batteries.
Just what my Neato needed but be aware....
I had the same issue as others when the batteries didn't stand up to what the original batteries did. It would take three passes and charges to clean my house. When the Neato was new it only took one pass. After researching this on the internet, I found a reference in a forum to going into the vacuum's menu and into the Support option. Arrow down and there is an option for New Battery. If you select it, it's like the vacuum dumps the battery charge and does a full recharge. I did that and after it had recharged, it was back to doing the whole house in one charge.
