Burnt on the outside and raw on the inside
If you are looking to make "cake pops" skip this one and go for the one from the as seen on TV. This one you have to make the batter as thick as toothpaste and they turn out with a burnt taste on the outside and still gummy and under cooked on the inside. I tried the one from TV, a little batter comes out the holes in the top but they come out round and tasty. Maybe this one would be better for meatballs.
No More Half-Baked Cake Pops
This is a pretty good cake pop maker, and we've been pretty pleased with it. It's easy to clean and cooks the cake balls all the way through (instead of leaving them half-baked like other cake pop makers). However, on the down side, the lid doesn't stay down as much as it should, so it's harder to regulate the heat. Per the instructions, you'll probably need to experiment a little to get the cake mix just right, but you can always eat your mistakes :-)
Burned Bottoms
Awful waste of money, after trying it three times each time the bottoms burned but the tops did not cook all the way, since we used it we cannot return it.
